We were founded to help owners, architects, general contractors, and government agencies navigate accessibility requirements, construction challenges, and project compliance with confidence.

I'm Brad Warren, a Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS #1832) licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. My background combines technical accessibility knowledge with more than two decades of real-world construction, procurement, and project leadership experience.

In addition to leading JBW-CC, I currently serve as Director of Purchasing for Shaddock Custom Builders & Developers, where I oversee procurement strategy, vendor relationships, estimating support, specifications, budgeting, and purchasing operations for luxury residential construction. That ongoing role keeps me connected to the day-to-day realities of construction and provides practical insight that benefits every client I serve.

Through JBW-CC, my focus is helping clients solve problems before they become costly delays. Whether reviewing plans for accessibility compliance, performing inspections, supporting government projects, or providing construction consulting, I believe successful projects come from practical communication, careful planning, and attention to detail.
